Returns and Exchanges Policy
 

1. Eligibility

1.1. We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items purchased directly from His Studio within 30 days of the delivery date.
 

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

2.1. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at clientcare@hisstudio.in within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

2.2. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed with your return or exchange.

3. Conditions of Return and Exchange

3.1. Items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

3.2. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

4. Return Shipping

4.1. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).

4.2. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. His Studio is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

5. Refunds

5.1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding any shipping charges.

5.2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

6. Exchanges

6.1. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is not available, a replacement of the fabric will be issued following the standard purchase procedure.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

7.1. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at clientcare@hisstudio.in to arrange for a replacement or refund.
